1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cd44c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cd44c platform at https://cd44c.club, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all services provided by cd44c, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, crash games, table games, and sports betting markets. Use of any feature of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Terms. cd44c reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the cd44c platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to register and play on cd44c is 21 years. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform or had your account suspended or permanently closed for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law.
• You are registering with accurate personal details and are not using a false identity or a name other than your own legal name.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on cd44c. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number for verification and security notifications.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying cd44c support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or a security breach involving your credentials.
• Not transferring, selling, or assigning your account or any account credentials to any other person.
• Keeping your registered mobile number active and accessible, as it is used for withdrawal verification and security notifications.

cd44c may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any subsequent withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

cd44c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. These thresholds are subject to change; current limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. cd44c does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits from unverified third-party accounts may be reversed and the account suspended.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours in most cases. Processing times may extend during public holidays in Bangladesh, including Eid, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and Pohela Boishakh, or during periods of high platform traffic.
• cd44c reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within seven (7) calendar days will result in cancellation of the withdrawal request.
• cd44c does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside cd44c's control.

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cd44c does not maintain cryptocurrency wallets for player accounts at this time, although deposit values may be calculated against BDT rates where applicable.

5Bonuses and Promotions

cd44c may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless superseded by specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• cd44c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing wagering requirements on active bonuses will not be retroactively altered.
• Bonuses and promotions are available to players in Bangladesh only. cd44c reserves the right to verify a player's location before crediting any bonus.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid for 48 hours from the time of crediting unless specified otherwise. Unused free spins after the validity period are forfeited automatically.

cd44c does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. Bonuses are discretionary rewards and do not form part of the core gaming service. Players may use the platform fully without ever claiming a bonus.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on cd44c use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The following rules govern all gameplay activity on the platform:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by RNG algorithms and are not influenced by cd44c staff, player history, or any external factor. RTP percentages are set by the game provider and disclosed in the game's help section.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy, or resumed from the point of interruption when connectivity is restored.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account, including using another person's identity or a fabricated identity to circumvent a prior suspension or ban.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in multiplayer games or live casino formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or unintended feature of the platform software to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by cd44c. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation must be returned and the account will be suspended.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering, through any payment method accepted on cd44c.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward cd44c support staff or other players in any live game chat or support channel.

8Responsible Gaming

cd44c is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are free, immediately effective, and available to every registered player without exception:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts directly in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts: Configure a notification to remind you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself for a period of 24 hours up to 12 months, or apply for permanent self-exclusion. Permanent exclusion is irreversible. Both options are accessible directly within your account settings without requiring support contact.

The cd44c name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of cd44c. Unauthorised use of any trademark, trade name, or brand element associated with cd44c is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10Privacy and Data Protection

cd44c collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it currently stands and as it may be amended from time to time. The Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to that data.

cd44c uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all sessions and implements industry-standard security protocols to protect player data and financial information. Player data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cd44c's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• cd44c is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if cd44c has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12Account Suspension and Termination

cd44c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe, or provision of fraudulent verification documents.
• A reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity connected to the account, whether or not formal legal proceedings have been initiated.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from a confirmed Terms breach, cd44c reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

13Amendments to These Terms

cd44c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cd44c will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where the change is significant, cd44c may also notify registered players via their registered mobile number or on-platform notification at cd44c's discretion.

Your continued use of the cd44c platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cd44c platform, cd44c's support team should be contacted in the first instance at [email protected]. cd44c is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process.

cd44c will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. Complex cases may require additional time; players will be kept informed of progress. cd44c's decision on any complaint, made following a fair and thorough review of the available evidence, is final and binding.
